Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Robert Clyde Clarke, of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders.

The liquidation commenced on 9 September 2016 at 12.45pm, being the date and time recorded in the shareholder resolution appointing the liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

The directors have passed a resolution and signed a certificate as required under sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Act, stating that the company is able to pay its due debts.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of TRIDENT INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation), I fix 5 October 2016, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
