Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Ernst Boudewijn Hammelburg, business consultant, was appointed the liquidator of the above-named companies on 12 August 2016 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 September 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the companies will be made to the Registrar pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after 30 September 2016. Objections to the removal under section 321 must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
