Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 2 August 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Kevyn Andrew Botes and Keith Mawdsley, of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 30 August 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
