Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Rhys Cain, of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, of Auckland, both Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed liquidators of HOLMFIRTH GROUP LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by special resolution on 10 March 2016 at 10.00am.

We fix 10 May 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
