Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of SPOTSWOOD AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED (in liquidation) by way of shareholder resolution on 19 February 2016 at 9.29am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 25 March 2016 as the last day on or before which the creditors of SPOTSWOOD AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
