Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Dave Culham Drive, Whangarei, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 July 2015, Issue No. 76, Notice No. 2015-ln4107, by adding to the description of the Second Schedule:

“Part Lot 1 DP 440670”.
