Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby revokes the approval and notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Riverstone Holdings Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2007, dated the 5th day of March 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2007, No. 30, page 789.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
