1. On 29 October 2015, an application for putting ABASE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2015-425-95. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday 10 December 2015 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
