Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 9 October 2015 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NEWSOME HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Dale Paula Smith, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2015 at 11.00am.
