The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation by a special resolution of shareholders on 31 March 2015 at 2.00pm, on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Rex Zhirong Wu and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidators do not intend to call a meeting of creditors on the basis that the company is solvent, the directors having passed a resolution to that effect.

However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by 16 April 2015.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 April 2015 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
