Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Grant Hollis and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WILLIAM HILL WINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 March 2015 at 10.10am.

We fix 3 April 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
