Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

On 3 March 2015 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RANLEIGH FORESTS LIMITED be placed into liquidation and Paul Andrew de Lacey of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator hereby fixes 30 April 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
