Description: An estate in fee simple in 991 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under LT 448649 being part Rural Section 1961 which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index C1961, such land being part of the land granted to John Leith under Crown Grant 9139 on 10 June 1862, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
