(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN799/77, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and Mortgage B739087.3;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN51D/984, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;
(c) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 555585, subject to Mortgage 428979.2
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
