Pursuant to section 251 of the Resource Management
Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of
New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Laurence John Newhook, Environment Judge of Auckland
to be the Principal Environment Judge of the Environment Court commencing on the date of appointment.
