Pursuant to section 52(1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed
Nicole Jayne Anderson
as a member of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency for a term of office commencing on 13 June 2014 and ending on 12 June 2017.
