Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989,
with delegated authority from the Minister of Education,
I dissolve the board of trustees of Wanaka Primary School (1167) and direct the Secretary for Education's delegate to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Wanaka Primary School (1167) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette,
16 January 2014, No. 4, page 126) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
