Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the board of trustees of Kaikohe Intermediate School is now dissolved and I direct the Secretary for Education (or delegate) to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Kaikohe Intermediate School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 August 2013, No. 97, page 2590) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
