Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting with delegated authority, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Rutherford Junior High School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 2011, No. 76, page 1791).
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
