Pursuant to section 76A(6) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, notice is given of
the issue on 2 April 2014 of ACVM (Imported Feed Commodities) Notice 2014:
Clauses 1.1, 2.1(1), 2.2(1), 2.2(2), 2.2(4), 2.3(1), 2.3(2) and 2.6(1) (which set fitness for purpose, screening, and internal inspection requirements) come into force on 21 April 2014;
Clauses 1.2, 1.3, 2.1(2), 2.2(5), 2.3(3), 2.3(4), 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6(2) (which set identification, traceability, and record keeping requirements) come into force on
21 August 2014; and
Clause 2.2(3) (which mandates on-shore screening in New Zealand) comes into force on 21 January 2015.
