Notice is hereby given that PMIT Nominees Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage 7361918.4 ("mortgagee") over the land located at:
- 92 Colombo Street, Hamilton, contained and described in Computer Freehold Register SA867/272, being Lot 18 DP 8166 (South Auckland Land Registry); and
- 94 Colombo Street, Hamilton, contained and described in Computer Freehold Register SA901/73, being Lot 17 DP 8166 (South Auckland Land Registry);
("properties"),
took possession of the properties from the mortgagor, Kevin John Crowley, on 7 May 2014 pursuant to sections 137(1)(b) and 139(1)(b) of the Property Law Act 2007.
This notice is given by Harkness Henry, solicitors for
the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices
of Harkness Henry, Lawyers, 8th Floor, KPMG Tower,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry, Lawyers, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton 3240; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange
for direction to Harkness Henry, Lawyers, DX GP20015; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Harkness Henry, Lawyers, on (07) 839 4043.
