Re: Units 16 and 17, 14 Laings Road, Lower Hutt, legally described as Unit 16 and ® share in Accessory Unit H and ¬ share in Accessory Unit G DP 70946 comprised in Computer Unit Title Register WN39A/911 (Wellington Land Registration District); and Unit 17 and ® share in Accessory Unit H and ¬ share in Accessory Unit G DP 70946 comprised in Computer Unit Title Register WN38A/912 (Wellington Land Registration District) (together the "properties").
Please take notice that the properties are now in the possession and control of Mortgage Holdings Limited, as mortgagee of the properties subject to the mortgage, from and including 10 April 2014.
Any person entering the properties without the permission of Mortgage Holdings Limited will be considered to be trespassing.
No materials are to be removed from any of the properties.
