Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Bank of New Zealand, whose registered office is situated at Level 4, 80 Queen Street, Auckland, gives notice that it is the mortgagee, pursuant to registered mortgages 5586102.2 and 5586102.3 granted by Brian Stuart Glass as mortgagor, over the fee simple estate as comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register unique identifier 132972 (South Auckland Land Registry), being the property situated at 42 Ngauruhoe Street, Hilltop, Taupo 3330, and that the mortgagee entered into possession of such property on or about 8 April 2014.
