This document notifies you that:
1. On 14 March 2014, an application for the putting RURAL FARM SERVICES HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at
Timaru. Its reference number is CIV-2014-476-14. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on 19 May 2014 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Nelson Petroleum Distributors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock
& Co., c/o Level 2, Baycorp House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland. The plaintiff's solicitor is Malcolm David Whitlock, whose address is as noted above.
