On 17 June 2014, pursuant to section 94J of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("Act"), the Commerce Commission made a Final TSO Cost Calculation Determination for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing and speech impaired, for the period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013.
