Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew Bethell and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 16 October 2014 under the terms of a debenture dated the 11th day of September 1998 giving the holder a security interest or charges created by the debenture with all the powers conferred by the debenture and at law.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
