Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on 3 March 2014, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of SOUTHERN CROSS FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED, ROSEBANK FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED, KAURI TIMBER PRODUCTS LIMITED and PINE RESOURCES (NZ) LIMITED pursuant to general security agreements dated the 8th day of December 2010, and SOUTHERN CROSS FOREST PRODUCTS THAMES TIMBER LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 4th day of June 1993.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the companies.
