Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant of Nesti & Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of SHORT-TERM EFTPOS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 7 October 2014 at 11.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
17 November 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
