Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that RIPPON BUILDING LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 25 September 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 25 September 2014 at 7.30am.
