Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery
& Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of shareholders on the dates and times below:
