Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 19 August 2014 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ACME SIDESHOW LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 19 August 2014.
