Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Charitable Trusts Act 1957 ("the Act")
On 3 June 2014, it was resolved by resolution of the trustees, pursuant to section 24 of the Act, that the trust be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 18 August 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
