Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 July 2014 at 11.40am, it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BEACHCROFT TRUSTEES LIMITED, FERNDALE ENTERPRISES LIMITED and GURMEET LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
A solvency certificate has been filed with the Registrar in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993 for each of the companies.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 15 August 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
