Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of JOHN F. JACKSON INSURANCE BROKER LIMITED by way of special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 May 2014 at 10.00am.
Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, to the Registrar.
Any objections to removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar
by 23 May 2014.
