Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 9 April 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FAST PANEL AND PAINT LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland,
be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 9 April 2014 at 1.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 9 May 2014.
