Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
On 3 April 2014 at 10.50am, special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, were passed stating that the above-named companies be liquidated and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 9 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of SPECIALIST MARINE INTERIORS LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the Northland Cricket Association Rooms, Cobham Oval, Okara Drive, Whangarei, on 30 April 2014 at 10.30am.
Agenda
1. Liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company's affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidators.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
