Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Andrew James Bethell and Brian Mayo-Smith, of BDO Auckland, and Stephen John Tubbs, of BDO Christchurch, all chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 27 February 2014 at 5.00pm.

Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the above-named company, we fix 28 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
