Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 117(3), declares an undivided one-eighth share in the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in Lindsay Harding Moore and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 430820, subject to a Fencing Covenant, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage A418426.3;
(b) Pursuant to section 117(3), declares an undivided one-eighth share in the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in Lindsay Harding Moore and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB8A/763, subject to a Fencing Covenant, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage A418426.3;
(c) Pursuant to section 117(3), declares an undivided one-quarter share in the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in Angela Mary Louise Gillespie and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB8A/1438, subject to a Fencing Covenant, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, Section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage 6382091.3;
(d) Pursuant to section 117(7), declares an undivided one-quarter share in the land described in the Schedule to this notice to remain vested in the Crown as stopped Government road and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 521372; and
(e) Pursuant to section 117(7), declares an undivided one-quarter share in the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in Kathryn Anne Mackenzie, John James Duncan Westgarth and WF Trustees (2009) Limited and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 634713, subject to a
Fencing Covenant, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage 8213970.3
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
