Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Lieutenant
General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road and vested in the Far North District Council.
