Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of Audrey Daley, Brian James Whitecliffe-Davies, Dean Hugh Te Kahu William Wickliffe, Deborah Lisbth Roach, Doreen McLaren, Drummond Whitecliffe, Gregory Ernest Whitecliffe, Tikihana Pararaki (also known as Dick Wickliffe) and their uri, and is to be commonly known as the Kiore Trust Maori Reserve.
