Pursuant to section 78N(3)(b) of the Education Act 1989,
as the Secretary for Education's delegate, I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Sir Douglas Bader Intermediate, Mangere, and appoint
Madeleine East
as commissioner to replace that board.
