Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority, I hereby revoke the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 July 2012, No. 86, page 2370) appointing a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Ngunguru School.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
