Pursuant to section 7(1) of the Family Dispute Resolution Act 2013, the Secretary for Justice cancels the approval of LEADR New Zealand Incorporated as a dispute resolution organisation.
The cancellation is made in accordance with Regulation 6(c) of the Family Dispute Resolution Regulations 2013.
The cancellation was requested by the organisation because LEADR New Zealand Incorporated is being wound up.
