Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 June 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Nanette Alexander in respect of Agape Christian Preschool - Teina Centre (45453), situated at 153 Clayton Road, Western Heights, Rotorua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
