Under section 78M(6) of the Education Act 1989, the Deputy Secretary, Regional Operations, acting under delegated authority, amends the notice (as published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 2013, No. 108, page 2920), which specified the functions, powers and duties
of a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Tamariki School, by this notice.
The following functions, powers and duties are vested in the limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board to manage financial operations (whether statutory or otherwise).
The following condition applies:
- The board retains the authority to engage and pay for legal advice.
No other functions, powers or duties are vested in the limited statutory manager.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
