The notices of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Rawhiti Roa (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 April 2010, No. 39, page 1105 and New Zealand Gazette, 16 December 2010, No. 173, page 4252) are hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of its publication.
