Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 November 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Suzanne Jensen in respect of Tui Early Learners Fledglings (50112), situated at 68 Napier Road, Terrace End, Palmerston North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
