Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 January 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Viv Shearsby
in respect of ABC Wigram Tahi (65157), situated at the corner of Mustang Avenue and Corsair Drive, Wigram, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
