On 3 December 2013, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 9158384.2 (North Auckland Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at 38 Marellen Drive, Red Beach, being the property comprised and described in certificate of title NA11C/382 (North Auckland Land Registration District).
