Nelson Building Society ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 24 September 2013.
The mortgaged land is the property contained and described in certificate of title WS5A/1464, Westland Land Registry and being the property at 844 State Highway 7, Dobson, Greymouth.
